Absolutely gorgeous antique woven cane and bamboo basket.
Beautiful geometric pattern on the top of the piece in black and brown weave. Impactful patinaed handle and brass decorative hardware.
Wrapped bamboo trim on rigid handles.
Very large in dimensions, but presenting with an airy feel, due the see through nature of the cane body.
Measuring 18” diameter x 18” height. (12.25” height basket only)
Originally imported by a San Francisco antique dealer in the 1990’s and still retaining it’s antique import sticker.
