This charming pony skin trunk with studded leather detail dates to the late 18th/early 19th centuries. It has the original hasp / lock plate. (No key). One handle is missing as are some of the studs. There is a split in the pony hide below the lock as shown in the photos. Topped with a thick slab of glass , this trunk/chest will make a spectacular coffee table. Great for home or office decor. Dimensions: 32.0" W x 13.0" H x 16.0" D
