An excellent vintage First Edition offset lithograph after painting Elvire Nue (1919) by Amedeo Modigliani. Comes from a First Limited Edition art folio, published by Les Editions Du Chene in Paris, France, in 1947. Printed on one side. Hand tipped-in on a board of heavy paper. Numbered: XVI. Information regarding the original artwork will be found in French by lifting the piece. Excellent condition - minor age wear on the board, never framed.

Modigliani's nudes scandalized audiences with their depiction of features such as pubic hair and their frank, unadorned sexuality.
