Circa very early 1900s. It has a Hinged Swing Style Carry Handle. It is Completely Hand Made. It comes with its Original Matching Spoon. Note! that the Hand Cut & Etched Art Glass Jar has Magnifying Glass Panels. It is Marked E P N S ( Electro Plate Nickel Silver ) and has Maker Hallmarks that I could not identify on the underside of the lid. This is a Very Good Quality - Well Made Piece. It is in Very Good Overall Original Condition - No Chips or Cracks in the Glass. It is lightly Tarnished.
It Measures ( Jar - Not Including Handle in the Upright Position ) 4 inches Tall x 3 1/2 inches Long - Wide.
