An excellent First Edition photogravure (print) after surrealist painting "The Lost Jockey" (1926) by famous Belgian artist Rene Magritte (1898-1967). Comes from a rare First Limited Edition art folio of the artist printed in Japan in 1972. Signed in the print at the lower left corner: Magritte. Printed on one side. Hand tipped-in on a board of heavy paper, which has a copy on back related to another piece in the folio. Excellent condition - minor edge wear, never framed.
