This Andy Warhol Foundation rare vintage 1992 offset lithograph print custom framed Pop Art poster " Beethoven " 1987, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Pop Art poster print is published by Te Neues Publishing Company New York and Acehnbach Art Edition Dusseldorf. Printed in Germany in 1992 in an unnumbered limited edition with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. It features and artwork image originally created by Warhol in 1987 titled " Beethoven ".
This is a rare opportunity for true Warhol fans and collectors as this coveted image offset lithograph print Pop Art poster is long out of print and very scarce to find. The official " AW " Foundation seal of authenticity is printed on the poster.
Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, art works, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is recognized as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. Glorifying the common as the beautiful. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
Ludwig Van Beethoven ( 1770 - 1827 ) was a German born composer and pianist whose music is amongst the most performed of the Classical Music repertoire. He is one of the most admired composers in the history of Western Music.
The rare out of print framed offset lithograph poster measures 23 1/2" W X 23 1/2" H X 1 3/8" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modernist brushed matte finish silver tone chrome metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
