It all snaps together to make up the stacked blocks. No wiring at this time. This is the showroom Sample. This cost was more tha $800 to make all the steel parts and weld together . Sold in the showroom for more than $ 2400.00 each . Never used. The base plate is 11X11x1/2" thick plate. I have two of them . They are very heavy ,at least 100 pounds .
