Description: Here is a beautiful magazine rack, known as a canterbury rack, made by Ferguson in New York, in the early … more Here is a beautiful magazine rack, known as a canterbury rack, made by Ferguson in New York, in the early 20th century (most likely the 1920's). It is made of mahogany and has wonderful turned spindles around the base and inside on the divider. There is a handle at the top integrated into the wood and these darling finials at each corner. At the bottom is a single drawer with two original knobs. The rack sits on matching turned legs and is finished off with brass leg caps and fantastic articulating wheels. I just saw a similar rack in a home done by Miles Redd, so when I found this piece I knew it had to be in my shop! less
