Received as a wedding gift over 50 years ago and stored in its original box ever since that time, here is an iconic red, black and yellow plaid picnic basket made by the American company Redmon. It is in outstanding, exceptionally good condition, awaiting appreciation by its new custodian.
It features a wood stained double-hinged top, metal enameled handles, and the original wooden four-legged platform. The wooden platform fits perfectly inside to be stored.
It's an American classic.
Redmon has been in business since 1883.
