Two chairs with adjustable height brushed chrome base, casters, and a heavy gauge black plastic chair body upholstered in the original orange Herculon style polyester fabric. Made in the 60's or 70's and manufactured by the Metalstand Company, they can be used in an office or as dining or game table seating. The orange fabric is still in excellent condition with light wear along the top edge and lower edge of the chairs, but remains in a fully usable state as is. Padding is still firm and very comfortable. The base and casters are fully metal, no plastic, so they are very sturdy.
Seat height is adjustable from approximately 17 1/2"-20", so measured heights below adjust up or down with any adjustment to seat height.

The original upholstery shows some light signs of … moreThese chairs are in good vintage condition with rust-free brushed chrome bases. The original upholstery shows some light signs of wear along top rim of chair and lower lip of seat with no stains, snags, tears. Each seat is missing one button, but could be replaced by an upholsterer if desired. Their absence does not affect the comfort of the chair. Padding is in excellent condition with no sag or loss of resiliency. The arms are in good shape as are the heavy duty plastic bucket shells. There are some scrapes on the backs of the chairs but have been touched up and are not visible in most lights. Casters roll freely. less
