Offered is a round, flat-bottomed Teak wood carved and lathed bowl that comes with a lid. Made in Thailand in the 1970s, there is no maker's mark or brand label.
While it resembles an ice bucket, there is no plastic liner, therefore one should use a non-porous bowl if they wish to use it for ice cubes. The bowl is perfectly safe for serving salads, or sides such as rice or cous-cous, however, it also makes a catch-all, and can also be used on a dresser for stashing jewelry or hair accessories, etc.
The bowl measures 9.75" in diameter, and 5" tall. With the 10" lid on, together they measure 5.75" in height.
