The design is exceptional. It’s crafted after a French Leather wrapped box with Fleur de Lis accents. The faux leather design is crafted by painted Tole metal with embossed de Lis and ornamental amber accents. The wastebasket has two steel ring handles on the outside that have been painted a pale Celadon as has the inside. This paint has been touched up and us newer.
