Born in China during the early years of the 20th century, this exquisite wooden armchair features an elegant tall back, topped with a curving rail. The central section presents a sinuous splat with rattan inset. Two sinuous open arms are sitting on the rectangular rattan seat with wooden frame, while the armchair is raised on four straight legs connected to one another through side stretchers and is accented by a delicately carved skirt.
