It … Read more This Really is a Great Looking Authentic Antique Functional Ships Life Preserver - Flotation Ring. Circa Very Early 1900s. It is done in the Old Style Construction - Completely Hand Made - Sewn Canvas Cloth Exterior with a Genuine Solid Natural Cork Interior. It has the Original Hand Braided Hemp Rope. It Also has the Original Gray Aged and Weathered Painted Exterior Giving it a Wonderful Authentic Old Look. It is in Very Nice Overall Condition - Displays Greatly. NOTE! That it Does have Some White Paint Splatters Mostly on One Side - Exposed Side as it was Hung on the Ship. The Back ( Non Exposed Side ) is Slightly Darker Gray with only a a few White Specks.

I actually Purchased This Piece in The Cape Cod - New Bedford Massachusetts Area - One of Americas Oldest and Historical Seaports.
