These contemporary bronze Marbro lamps feature a bird of prey perched and crouching on a cherry blossom branch. The bird is rendered in 3 dimensions as is a portion of the cherry blossom branch. Marbro was an exclusive, premier lighting company that opened post WWII in Los Angeles. They sourced parts from all over the world. In 1987 they were sold to the Marco Corporation, and finally in 1990 the assembly plant was closed.
These lamps are in very good original condition with wear consistent with age and use. They have been rewired, recently.
