It is carved from a 1275-Year-Old Tree stump in New Mexico. I purchased this a number of years ago at a high-end auction house in Philadelphia. Photos don't seem to do it justice. The elegantly formed carving is more powerful in person. If you are a lover of eagles and wood take a close look. The condition is strong and rustic. It has the natural age cracks and wears that would be expected in the wood of this age. Stand is included. The wing span is 62" wide with a depth of 42" along with an overall height of 42". See less
