Description: This is a very pretty Antique American Sterling Silver and Ebony Wood Tea Strainer - Infuser. Circa early 1900s. It … more This is a very pretty Antique American Sterling Silver and Ebony Wood Tea Strainer - Infuser. Circa early 1900s. It is done in a a classic Edwardian era style. It is American in Origin. It is marked sterling with a makers mark that I could not identify. This is a very good quality - well made piece. It has a substantial sterling silver weight ( Ebony handle included ) Of 1.955 troy ounces. Note! That it is actually larger in size & scale than usual for this type of tea strainer.
It measures 8 5/8 inches long X 4 inches wide X 1 1/2 inches tall. Handle is 1/2 inch wide.
