Set in gold plated metal with a textured finish on the back. Unmarked; metal has a look similar to Florenza and ART designs. We believe this piece dates to the late 1950s. Adjusts from about 14 1/2" to 16 3/4" long and measures 1" wide. Condition is excellent overall for this type of vintage costume jewelry showing only minor wear. See less
