A lovely monochrome First Edition offset lithograph of chalk drawing "Toilette" by Pierre Bonnard. Comes from a rare First Limited Edition art book published in Budapest in 1959. Signed in the print: "Bonnard". Printed on one side of high quality heavy paper. Artist name on the back is related to another piece in the book. Very detailed. Excellent condition - never framed.
Pierre Bonnard, (1867—1947), French painter and printmaker, member of the group of artists called the Nabis and afterward a leader of the Intimists; he is generally regarded as one of the greatest colourists of modern art.
