A very handsome pair of 19th century ginger jars, later fitted with exceptional quality custom wooden plinths, which are turned and carved into bold bracket forms. Each jar has unique Kangxi style designs: scenes of court ladies enjoying a garden, punctuated by boulders, trees and ornamental fencing. New silk pleated shades. The height of the jars and the stands is 13 " without the shades.
H: 25 " Diam: 14 "
The height to the top of the porcelain jars: 13” including the base, and the wooden bases are about 2 ½" high.
