This listing is for a lovely Reed & Barton "Burgundy" Sterling Silver tomato server, c. 1949.
The design features a beautifully embossed floral and scroll design in high relief around the outer body. Unusual stylized pierced "leaf" design on server end.
This lovely tomato server is in very good Estate condition with some fine scratches to the bowl. No monogram, signs of removal or other damage or flaws. The back is marked "Reed & Barton" and "Sterling". The server has been professionally polished and is table ready.
Measures 8 1/4" long and 2 3/4" wide. Weighs 86 grams.
