This handmade Charles Edwards piece has a 4-light candelabra inside a unique wooden frame with polished nickel accents. Dimensions: H 23" x W 9.5" x D 9.5"; H 17.5" Charles Edwards started his career as an antique dealer in the 1970s, which allowed him to build an extensive knowledge of antique lighting and an eye for significant pieces. In 1992 following a conversation with renowned designer David Easton, Charles agreed to replicate one of his lanterns, leading to the design and manufacture side of the business. Since then, the collection has evolved to over 400 designs and today Charles Edwards is considered one of the leading designers and manufacturers of 19th and 20th Century inspired English, French and American lighting. Edwards pieces are a testament to his enduring passion for British heritage and timeless design, and recognizable by their consistency of style which never concede to trends or whims. Edwards valued the subtle and understated which became characteristic of the English Country House look. Charles Edwards distinctive style is regularly featured in notable publications including Architectural Digest, Veranda, World of Interiors, and House & Garden. The custom size and bespoke services offered by the inhouse design studio continues to adapt and expand the collection. Edwards passed away in November 2020. See less
