Playfully stylish boho chic drum-style accent table, perfectly sized to serve as a drinks table but will also perform beautifully as a bedside table in a guest room or in between two nicely sized lounge chairs, with enough room for a small table lamp. This beauty’s frame was handcrafted from bent and shaped rattan poles. The solid bamboo wood tabletop has been wrapped in a close-woven round cane pattern sheet. The table’s circular frame has a design that consists of four panels all around; two panels of open oval shapes and two marquise-shaped panels wrapped in rattan lashes. An eye-catching combination of textural and visual interest with a design neutral shade of burnt umber that will complement any design style or interior. I photographed the table in the round to show all sides and the nuances of the patterns and coloring throughout. This beauty measures 22¾” x 20¼” x 20¼” H/W/D; inset tabletop diameter 19”; weight approximately 8 lbs. In excellent condition with minimal age-appropriate wear. It hails from the mid 1960s. This lovely table is in the style of a Danny Ho Fong or Fong Brothers piece but the actual maker and country of origin is unknown. For a touch of bohemian charm, this beauty will not disappoint!
