A contemporary Filipino artist based in the UK, Francis Tanseco was born in Catbalogan, Samar, Philippines. He studied at Concordia College, Manila. A registered nurse, dancer, artist and has been active as a painter since 2002. His paintings were exhibited at the Philippine Embassy in London in July 2012. He moved to the US around 2014.

The series “Perfect Empire” was inspired from Greek statues during a trip he took to Athens. See less
