Its getting hard to find original bombay style furniture and this is a great example. Its made of burl wood which is really well displayed on the top and the curves of the drawer faces. It looks to have been refinished at some point and does have normal signs of ware, however it still displays beautifully. The piece is covered in silver painted accents along the edges of the carvings as the photos show. This also extends to the handles of the drawers. There are 4 drawers, with 2 small top ones and the larger 2 lower main drawers. Beautiful piece ready to be both used and displayed! From the mid 1960's. It measures 51L x 20W x 36H. See less
