Antique teak sofa with black cushions in the style of 'Esperanto' for Drexel.
Carved teak wood base with interior carved detail. Back slats and spring-wire seat base. This has been on the Florida Gulf coast its entire life, from hotel lobbies in to marine yachts. Few repairs and condition notes, be sure to see all photos, closeups and notations. Original owner since mid 1900s.
This is a great piece that could be enjoyed outdoors as well. The frame can be disassembled for easy moving and storage. All original strings. Frame has been restored, be sure to see all condition notes for details. There are mixed sized cushions on this, few appear to be original with a veining in the vinyl cover. Original character and patina intact. No makers mark found.

This piece shows signs of wear consistent with age and use. Minor wear marks and light surface scratches may be visible, some minor cracks in bottom frame. Few small abrasions and minor punctures in the upholstered cushions and they are various sizes, some not original. some braces are warped. All wood has been sanded and treated. See photos and close ups for reference. Some cushions have more texture to their motif. These could be easily reupholstered as they zipper over the cushion. The frame has been restored by sanding throughout with a light lacquer finish to preserve the teak and bring this set back to life. Some minor cracks at the frame. Be sure to see all closeups. All of our pieces are used and/or vintage pieces that have wear consistent with age. Each are rare, sometimes one-of-a kind that are found and hand-picked.
