Decorate a den, a study or an office with this elegant pair of antique walnut armchairs. Crafted in Southern France, circa 1870, each tall fruitwood chair stands on straight turned legs over a bottom stretcher, the armchair features a tall rectangular and each open scroll armrest is decorated with a hand carved ram head sculpture. Both pieces are upholstered with a colorful silk fabric with stripe and floral decor, and further embellished with decorative brass nail heads. The large and comfortable armchairs are in excellent condition with a rich walnut patina, and an expensive upholstery in wonderful condition.
