the piece of furniture is made of marine plywood ennobled with precious vintage essences of various colours, african rosewood, walnut, maple, briar, mahogany, which create a complex design in line inlay depicting a classic subject of the artist, who he entirely made the furniture.
the cabinet has a central glass shelf and the inside is completely covered in jacquard silk fabric, with the signature embroidered in the drawer, and sealing wax on the back.
the object is completed by 24k pure gold leaf details in the designs and brass elements, such as legs and knobs.
the object was created as a unique piece and the first example of the artist's furniture production, as written "furniture n°1" inside the drawer.
