- A beautiful and functional shell and starfish themed layered Italian serving dish designed by Mottahedeh. This piece features two stylized … more A beautiful and functional shell and starfish themed layered Italian serving dish designed by Mottahedeh. This piece features two stylized conch shells for handles, one for the top and the other for the first serving bowl just below the top. The base or lower of the two serving dishes is steadied by three shell shaped feet. Each of the two serving bowls is 7 inches in diameter with a depth of 2.75 inches. This piece is in good vintage condition with two noted fleabites, one to each rim of the serving bowls; see pictures. One of the shell style feet has a nick on the underside.
