Large and beautiful vintage Murano hand blown deep sapphire blue, ruby red stripes, gold lips and silver flecks Italian art glass fish sculpture / paperweight. Created in the style of the A.Ve.M. (Arte Vetraria Muranese) company. Each fish has a unique design. I have marked them 1 and 2. The fish are very flat and elongated, with yellow and black applied eyes, and heavy gold leaf on the lips. Would make a great display piece on any desk or coffee table. Use it as a paper weight, or just showcase it as a sculpture. Mid-century era. Measurements: 8 3/4" long x 3 1/4" wide x 1 1/2" high.
