Offered is a set of 4 vintage 'kluk kluk' hand blown glass decanters by Jacob E. Bang (b.1899 d.1965) for Holmegaard, from the 'Viol' Kastrup series, Copenhagen, Denmark.
The name stems from the noise they make when pouring liquids. These have no stoppers, and are the smaller end of the range of sizes. The 2 medium sized ones are clear and a light smokey gray. The 2 smaller ones are a light brown smoke (with the original Holmegaard sticker), and the other is a vibrant dark emerald green. We've taken most of the images in natural daylight, some in direct sunlight, to show their true colors and shapes.
