This genuine Point De L'Halluin tapestry Dame A L'Orgue is a reproduction of the original in the Cluny Museum, circa 1512. The Unicorn tapestries were given to Claude de Viste by Jean de Chabanne as an engagement present. The lion and the unicorn holding the coats of arms are an emblem of strength on one hand, purity on the other. These two animals symbolize the engagement of the bride & groom. The organ represents one of the five senses: hearing.
