An alluring French tiered plant stand originating during the famous Art Nouveau period between the years 1890-1910. Born in France at the turn of the late 19th/early 20th century, finely crafted, finished in extravagant Louis XV taste, constructed from an immensely hearty brass that creates ample durability and vividly portrays an intricate amount of detail to the romantic silhouette and elegant design of this fine quality antique. Artfully situating the exquisite inset marble top framed by intricate patinated gilt brass acanthus leaf adorned openwork ornamentation, supported by curvaceous long bombe form brass legs, joined by central stretcher lower tier shelf with sophisticated ornamentation.
