Artist signed on back right facing leg. Harvey Fuell was a self-taught artist in the outsider art tradition. His large body of work includes paper sculptures of people and animals. Mr. Fuell sold his handmade pieces primarily at a local Richmond farmer's market up until his death in 2017, and he can be seen with some of his pieces in the last photo.. See less
