From the machined brass fittings to the porcelain base, this lamp is a perfect tribute to the 1930’s physical culture movement, where every aspect of life was tailored towards perfect health. This lamps aluminum shade is mounted to a nickel plated fitter. It features a silk cord with the original, functional Bakelite switch. The lamp adjusts easily from 36” to 66” and the shade articulates as well. This one has all of the great details you’d want in a piece of American industrial design. less
