Single socket . Wire is newer. Base is with green patina finish . No marks or manufacturer sign . Maybe not Tiffany style .! But early American Made Lamp The base is 14" ht to top of body . Shade is 5" dia and 6" ht . It will need to be packed well for safe shipping ( Glass ) shade . We use UPS store for packing and shipping with insurance . Note the shade is French and worth at least 100 now . less
