Ethan Allen was introduced in 1939 by the Baumritter Company as a small line of Early American furniture named after the Vermont Revolutionary war hero Ethan Allen. In the 1970’s the Baumritter Company moved its headquarters to Danbury Connecticut and officially changed its name to Ethan Allen. This drop leaf Pembroke table is from the 18th Century Mahogany collection, made in the USA, and looks like it came out of a museum. Measuring 19” wide (36” wide opened) by 28” deep and 27” high it has a small drawer and beautiful inlaid front legs and a banded top. There is absolutely no lifting or crazing of the veneers, or sun damage anywhere on the table. The only “flaw” we see are some very very light surface scratches or scuffs where something sat which could probably be buffed out by the right person. This Pembroke table would be a fantastic addition to any style of decorating. We have tried to represent the wear accurately, but additional photos are available on request. See less
