While the head is executed in a pink/red'ish granite the base seems to be a modified cobblestone that holds the removable head by a stainless steel rod. Due to this tough materials it will Rostand any climate and weather. Unknown Danish/Scandinavian sculptor circa 1990-2000s. It has no markings or signature.
