A stunning and rare desk-table clock, crafted in Switzerland by the esteemed clockmaker Arthur Imhof during the 1960s. This world timer clock stands out for its pristine condition and exceptional design, featuring modernist patterns in solid polished bronze. A true collector's piece, it combines functionality with timeless style.
The round silver dial features a captivating blue and gold mappa mundi, offering a unique view from the Pole along with 24 time zones. It includes silver Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals for the world timer, black hands, a convex transparent crystal, and the signature Imhof Swiss.
It comes in it's original box as shown, and measures 4 1/4" in diameter by 1 3/4" tall. It is in very good vintage condition as shown, with very mild age appropriate wear.
