Attributed to the New England Glass Co. Cambridge, Massachusetts circa 1840's
Stretched petal/ellipsis vase, with a gothic type pedestal, all attached on a marble base.
New England Glass Co. made these vases and attached them on Marble pedestals, they were the only glass company to make this style of vase. They were made in various colours.
Size: 4" square base, 11" tall.
Condition: 2 chips/bruise in the base of the glass, and a spot with minor grinding probably from manufacture. Roughness on the side, probably from bumping with another piece during transport. Use and wear marks are consistent with age. less
