Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown gold flecks Italian art glass Venetian gondola shaped bowl. The bowl is documented to the Barovier e Toso company. The piece has a white lined crimped edge, and applied clear disk as the base. Nicely sculpted with a ribbed pattern to the body, and ornate scroll design at the tips. It is profusely covered in gold leaf throughout, including over the white and the base. Would make a great display piece on any vanity, coffee table or credenza. Use it as a catchall, candy or jewelry dish. Mid-century era. Measures: 8 3/4" long x 4 1/8" wide x 4" high.
