These middle age Byzantine denominationally marked bronze coins were the standard of the Byzantine world for nearly three centuries. The "K" on the coin representing a half follis with Greek numeral K for 20 nummi. This coin has been inspected and approved to be authentic by a professional Numismatic who specializes in ancient coinage.
