Marked Napier on a metal hang tag. We believe this piece dates to the 1990s. Adjusts from about 16" to 18" long; rhinestone element measures a little over 3/8" wide . Condition is excellent with only minor tarnishing to the metal that can be polished by the new owner if they desire to do so. less
