Italian Murano "Fazzoletto" art glass vase in light blue with darker pulled feather layered design in a free form handkerchief shape.
Fulvio Bianconi and Venini jointly conceived this whimsical design that resembles a fluttering, falling handkerchief. Originally designed in 1948, "Fazzoletto" vases were produced in a variety of different techniques after 1949. Handmade and mouth blown, each piece is unique.
