It is on the underside of the dish. You wont see it unless you look for it, or ran your hand along the dish. Minor age crazing, the rest is fine considering the age of the dish. Please look at the last two pictures for details. Few of these dishes survived today, due to the delicate head and tail. In this dish head and tail are perfect. I have taken all this into consideration in the price. less

I have used this dish often. I have a large family and find that it serves better as a decorative dish than a server! It has decorated most rooms in my house. Sometimes with Pot Pourri, other times with nuts, cherries and other goodies.
It has a hairline crack and a chip that is visible only if you turn the dish upside-down.
It is on the underside of the dish. You can serve liquids or any food that you desire, the dish does not leak. You cannot see the hairline crack unless you look for it, or ran your hand along the dish. Minor age crazing. The rest is fine considering the age of the dish. Please look at the last two pictures. Few of these dishes survived today due to the delicate head and tail.
In this dish head and tail are perfect. I have taken all this into consideration in the price.
