14in wide x 14in deep x 12in high The Mardi Gras pattern was introduced in the 1890 by Duncan's Sons, George & Company, as an EAPG, Early American pattern Glass favorite. It's successor, the Duncan & Miller Glass Company continued its production until 1920. The pattern was also known in it's early years as Stars and Stripes, an obvious reference to the star-like zipper lines in the pattern, aligned against inclined clear unadorned vertical stripes. For the most part today the pattern is known as the more festive Mardi Gras.
