These lamps are often … Read more A gorgeous French modernist table lamp with vintage rope lampshade ( later addition ), ca 1940s-1950s. These lamps are often named in the style of Charles Dudouyt . The wood is in a lovely patinated condition as can be seen in the pics and the lamp will come with the vintage shade ( we believe it to be 70s - 80s with only some minor imperfections on the inside as can be seen in the pics ). The lamp has been refitted with a gorgeous brass fitting for general E27 lightbulbs and has been rewired. The base without the shade measures 50 cm and including the shade 61 cm This piece is designed in the style of the selected designer and/or manufacturer,
