Occasional scratches, chips, cracks and general signs of several hundred years of use. There appear to be some old repairs with what looks like burlap taping. less

Believed to be English-made in the early to mid 18th century with great details and a beautifully-aged patina. Two separate pieces (bottom is 42” tall and the top is 41” tall) and the top sits nicely in the framed edge of the base. Leather top on the flip down desk top (nice condition) and a nice assortment of drawers that all seem to open and close with ease. The piece presents with an overall rustic appearance showing ample wear, a seemingly worn and loved original finish and nicely aged brass hardware (probably not original). less
