It is not incredibly noticeable and we believe it would get fixed with time. Still in great condition, top face of the table has some marks but nothing deep. This table is a handmade reproduction of 19th century antique games tables. When flip top is closed and the back legs are tucked under the panel, the table acts as an entry way table but can also be opened up to a stand alone statement piece.
This table has been flipped over for a majority of it's life, as a result when we unfolded it to take photos, part of the top panel didn't want to lay flat.
