Constructed of solid wood (appears to be … more Late 19th Century antique Victorian Eastlake 8-drawer tallboy dresser with black wooden pulls. Constructed of solid wood (appears to be brown oak) with hand dovetailed corners and beveled bottom on drawers. The varnish on this dresser has separated with age, developing a beautiful ostrich skin-like texture. Dresser measures approximately 43” wide, 20” deep and 45” tall. Good condition with some imperfections. Top has been refinished and interior, back, hottom and drawers have been shellacked. Interior has a moderately strong orangey, woodsy, tobacco scent. Brass doilies and pulls on top three drawers have a different pattern and shape than the other drawers and have some stains. Other drawers are in good, clean interior condition. Drawers have lock but no keys.
